The Scott Data center is a major data facility in Omaha, Nebraska and was founded in 2006. The data center is a purpose-built, Tier III data center focused on colocation, cloud, AI and IT Services, serving diverse clients from startups to enterprises. The focus is Mission-Critical computing, disaster recovery, and scalable IT solutions. The facility itself is roughly 110,000 Square Feet with dual utility feeds, 2N UPS, 20 MW capacity and high density support at 200+ watts PSF.
Tetrad Real Estate’s (TRE) founder David Scott played an integral part in the development of the project.
