As President and CEO of Tetrad Real Estate, is responsible for the strategic direction and positioning of TRE. He brings nearly 20 years of diverse real estate experience. From business and finance manager to project and asset manager, his background provides a broad perspective on project development. With expertise in construction and finance, Jordan has extensive knowledge of leading complex higher education public-private partnership projects with CSU. Known for his collaborative and honest approach, he has forged strong partnerships and investments, consistently delivering for Tetrad Real Estate stakeholders.
Director of construction
Dan Dirksen
Dan Dirksen has over 20 years of experience in both preconstruction and construction management services for a variety of project types, sizes and locations in both the commercial and residential areas. As Director of Construction, Dirksen oversees the project teams and management, as well as assists with the preconstruction services. A primary part of his responsibilities include interacting with the owner, architect and user groups on a day-to-day basis.
Director of Operations
Palmer Withrow
As Director of Operations, Palmer is responsible for the overall Operations and Maintenance of Colorado State University properties that are in the TRE portfolio. In addition, he assists in helping to manage the Public-Private partnership with Colorado State University and TRE. Palmer has over 20 years of experience in building operations and maintenance.
Development & Finance Manager
David Karimi
As Development & Finance Manager, David works as a liaison in the day-to-day contact for owners on their projects from initial concept through operations and maintenance. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear and accurate direction for the project while leading the front end development, oversight of design, construction, and estimating. His current focus is to assist in managing the Public-Private Partnership relationship between Colorado State University and TRE. David also oversees investment underwriting, deployment of capital, and strategic divestment for TRE’s Capital Partners, as well as strategic reporting and forecasting of investments.
Senior Project Manager
Larz Lock
As Senior Project Manager, Larz serves as the day-to-day contact for owners on their projects. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear and accurate direction for the project while leading the development, oversight of design and construction and estimating. He initiates ongoing contact with ownership and project partners, manages personnel, contract negotiations, purchasing and scheduling. Larz has over 25 years of experience managing complex construction projects across the United States that required a high level of logistical sophistication.
Senior Project Manager
Ryan McCarty
As Project Manager, Ryan serves as the day-to-day contact for owners on their projects. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear and accurate direction for the project while leading the development, oversight of design and construction and estimating. He initiates ongoing contact with ownership and project partners, manages personnel, contract negotiations, purchasing and scheduling. Ryan has over 15 years of experience managing complex construction projects across the United States that required a high level of logistical sophistication.
Chief Engineer
Lance Miller
As a Chief Engineer, Lance is responsible for working with project managers and design teams to construct a sound and energy efficient building. Upon completion of construction, he ensures that the building’s MEP, controls and other aspects of the property are working properly and overseeing any repairs necessary. Lance also assists with tenant improvements on various projects. Lance has over 20 years of experience in project management and facility maintenance and oversight.
Building Engineer
Caleb McNew
As a Building Engineer, Caleb is responsible for the day to day operations of the buildings mechanical operations and building needs. Oversees all building operating systems and maintenance in the TRE portfolio. Working with the Chief Engineer and Property manager to ensure all building and tenant needs are met. Caleb has over ten years of experience in building operations and over 5 years in commercial HVAC.
Commerical Property & Office Manager
Jessie Ericson
As the commercial property and office manager, Jessie is responsible for the day-to-day operations, accounting, and budgeting for the Colorado State University properties that are in the TRE portfolio. Jessie works in conjunction with the operations and maintenance team to ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed and reports on critical systems to verify all properties are running efficiently. Jessie has over 15 years of office management experience with a majority focus in operations and maintenance oversight.
Maria Suarez
Facility Coordinator
As a Facility Coordinator, Maria is responsible for the day to day operations and upkeep of all properties in the TRE portfolio in Fort Collins, CO. She ensures that all facilities are ready for proper use on a daily basis for clients and works with various vendors on supply management. Maria has over 10 years of facility oversight and customer service experience.
