CSU Scott Bioengineering Renovation
50,000 SF • Fort Collins, COLORADO
Colorado State University enlisted Tetrad Real Estate to fully refresh the Scott Bioengineering Building at CSU’s Walter Scott College of Engineering, delivering a full interior and exterior renovation for a more welcoming, functional experience for students, faculty and staff. The project began with a deep clean of the building, followed by demolition and renovation of the Engineering Student Center to improve access and usability.
The Dean’s Suite and Reception area received new casework with solid surface countertops, and the Atrium Café was refreshed with new casework, backsplash, countertop, and lighting. Fresh paint updated the common areas, conference rooms, and design labs throughout.
Outside, TRE replaced the landscape with new site furnishings and updated the west entrance concrete to create more useable and welcoming outdoor space. Inside, new acoustic wall panels, carpet, furniture, and bronze artwork transformed the Atrium, study rooms, and classrooms, finished with custom WSCOE vestibule carpets and entrance mats.
