Rendezvous Trail Apartments is a multifamily housing development located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The development consists of eight buildings across 10-Acres. There is a total of 180 units with a mix of 1-BDR, 2-BDR, and 3-BDR. Amenities include common area grills, fire pits, covered bike storage, and trail access. Additionally, the units come with in-unit washer and dryer, stainless-steel appliances, and balcony access.

Tetrad Real Estate (TRE) executed this deal in partnership with Colorado State University (CSU) and the Timberline Church (TC). TRE was the full-service development partner on behalf of Tetrad Corporation; the investor. TRE managed all the pre-development services including zoning and entitlements with the city all the way through design and will execute the build, operations and maintenance of the Development.
