The Colorado State University (CSU) Bay Facility is an 15,000-square-foot building that is located on the CSU South Campus in Fort Collins. The facility supports the surrounding research teams located on south campus.
With close physical proximity to CSU’s Translational Medicine Institute and the Diagnostic Medical Center, the Bay Facility will benefit from synergies with leading-edge research in general veterinary sciences.
The Tetrad Real Estate team worked closely with the user groups to define the program and helped bring their vision to life though proper management of the design team and by ensuring the contracting partners were on time and on budget.
